The information below is a guide for placing orders on our website and online paying.

Shopping cart

In order to place an order start by adding the products in the shopping cart. Use the button Add to cart located next to each product to add you desired product to the shopping cart. You can also adjust the quantity in the Quantity box.

To see the contents of the shopping cart you can use the button Shopping Cart from the Shop menu. In the Shopping cart window you can modify the quantity for each product by changing the number in the Quantity box and pressing the Update button and you can delete a product from the cart by pressing the Delete button.

To return to the store and add other products in the cart please click on the Continue Shopping button.

Discount coupons

If you have a discount or promotional coupon you can enter the code in the Shopping cart window.

Placing the order

To place the order after adding the products in the cart and updating the quantities press the Checkout button. Next you are requested to login using an username and a password.

• If you already have an account on TopoLT.com then use your username and password to login and continue the order.
• If you a new customer then please provide your information in the form. Keep in a safe place the username and password, you will use them to login on TopoLT.com. In order to generate a fiscal invoice you are required to complete all the mandatory fields, including the bank account information. After completing the form press Send Registration button. Shortly will receive a message on the email address you entered for the activation of your account. The account can be used only after activation by clicking on the link in the message. Once activated you can login with your username and password.

Anytime you can modify your personal data from your account by going in My Shopper Account from the Shop menu. Here you can see the status of you order and also the order history.

VAT policy

TopoLT.com online store is owned and operated by CADWARE Engineering SRL, located in Romania (EU country). The VAT rate in Romania is 24%.

According to the European Union regulations the following VAT rules apply:

Business customers:

• from Romania - VAT is 24%
• from EU - VAT is 24% unless you provide a valid VAT ID (VAT Number) during Registration in which case VAT is zero rated
• from outside EU - VAT is zero rated

Non-business customers:

• from Romania - VAT is 24%
• from EU - VAT is 24%
• from outside EU - VAT is zero rated

Payment methods

For payment of products we offer you the following options:

• Bank Transfer: after finalizing the order you will receive from us a proforma invoice which you can use to pay by bank transfer.
• Credit card payment by Paypal: online payment on Paypal payment platform. You can pay by credit card or from your Paypal account. More information on www.paypal.com.
• Credit card payment by Moneybookers: online payment from Moneybookers. You can pay by credit card or from your Moneybookers account. More information on www.moneybookers.com.

Credit card payment methods do not include additional fees. When paying by bank transfer it is possible you will have to pay the bank fees charged by your bank.

Choose your favourite payment method and press Next.

Order confirmation

After choosing the payment method you must confirm the order. Here you can also send us a note with your order. In case you are ordering an upgrade please send us the Serial Number of the old license and the invoice number with which you purchased it. This information is needed to confirm your existing license which entitles you to purchase an upgrade.

Product payment

After order confirmation, depending on the selected payment method, we have the following cases:

• If you chose bank transfer: you will receive a confirmation email and in the shortest time possibile you will receive the proforma invoice with payment details.
• If you chose Paypal: you will be redirected to the Paypal website for payment. Here you should follow the steps required to complete the payment by card or from your Paypal account.
• If you chose Moneybookers (credit card): after confirming the order you will be presented with a form provided by Moneybookers for credit card payment. Fill in all required information in order to pay.

Important! If you are a business individual paying by card please write your company name in the Name (First Name) field on the online payment platform (Paypal or Moneybookers) so we can match the payment with your order and be able to issue the invoice on your company name.

Invoicing

After we receive the payment confirmation we will issue an invoice and send it to you by email. In order for us to be able to generate the proforma invoice and the commercial invoice you have to complete all information when you create your shopper account on TopoLT.com.

Delivery

Delivery of the products and licenses is electronic. The software can be downloaded from TopoLT.com and you will receive the license certificate by email in maximum 5 business days. The license certificate contains the license code you will use to activate your product and use it indefinitely.
