It regenerates the longitudinal or cross profiles according to the last modifications made on the entities that define the profiles.

If a longitudinal profile was modified by introducing some new vertexes or by modifying the position of the vertexes etc. then it is necessary to use this command to calculate the final distance attribute (kilometers or miles) of a longitudinal profile.

If there were made modifications on the polyline of a longitudinal profile that has connected cross profiles then it is necessary to regenerate these cross profiles to keep the distance attribute (kilometers or miles) and their orientation.

For the unconnected cross profiles (independent) the orientation of the section after the first and final point of the allocated polyline will be recalculated by regenerating.

Recommendation: Use this command after modifying the polylines allocated for the profile.
