It rotates the section line of a cross profile, connected or unconnected.

By rotating the section line the user can change the direction of the section line on which the polyline points allocated for the cross profile will be projected.

Note: The cross profiles are realized by projecting the polyline points allocated on the section line and for this reason the orientation of the section line of the cross profile is important.
