Description: scale symbols by name or by all codes

With this command, you can change scale factor for punctiform symbols of type block or shape.

Scaling can be made either for all the codes defined in codes interpretation file (very practical but only if the codes are correctly defined), or for each symbol.

In case command is applied for each symbol at one time then scale factor introduced by user will be applied to symbols function of their defining.

In case that command is applied for all codes defined in codes interpretation file then scale factor introduced by user will be applied to symbols function of how they are introduced by command IB. That means that a symbol scale first is calculated accordingly to plan scale and scale defined by user in codes interpretation file and second symbol is scaled with the introduced value.
