Command doesn’t work unless the leader line can be selected,
meaning that the layer with leader lines must be open.
After you select point, the new breaking point of the leader
line is asked, texts will be moved and dimensioned so that to respect the last
configuration which describes point. By example, if the points introduced in
drawing have a rotation angle of 100.000grad, meaning they are parallel to
O-Est axis and Romans font and these ones were changed with 150.0000grad, by
applying this command the new texts will be oriented at 150.0000grad and
written with Arial font.
