This command searches the point with the biggest number
included in its name and fixes count to introduce the next points at this value
plus one.
Command is useful when you introduce points in a graphic
way.
The number of the last extracted point can contain besides
the numeral characters alphabetical characters too, by example maximum number
can be STN1234abc where 1234 is the biggest number. In this case, the next
inserted point is STN1235abc.
