Creates a cross profile by selecting a 2D polyline with points in all vertexes of a 3D polyline or a line from which the points in the cross profile will be searched.
In the case of selecting a line the distance from the line for searching points is requested, the points found will be ordered on the direction of the section line after projecting them on this line. When searching for points from the line will be left out the points that have the code defined in the list of defined code at ProfCfg - General Tab - Automations and the points with the identification code of the objects defined at ProfCfg - Longitudinal Profile Tab - Objects.
Note: By selecting a line it isn't necessary the manual joining of the points because the points are automatically united by taking in account the list of codes with the points that will be left out.
When introducing the cross profile it asks to introduce the number of the cross profile, if the profile is connected or not to a longitudinal profile (in this case it asks to select the longitudinal profile), and if the cross profile was connected it asks if the profile is connected to one more longitudinal profile. Connecting to a second longitudinal profile is demanded in case of a cross profile connected to two longitudinal profiles. This case appears when we have a longitudinal profile that has the final point identical with the start point of a longitudinal profile. In this point, the cross profile can be connected to both of the longitudinal profiles.
This command can be used to change the parameters of a existing cross profile.
