elevations of points with elevations of point entities

In the case of applying some 3D modifications or
of translations on elevation, you can use this command to change
points elevation with the elevations of the entities that were
allocated for points (the block allocated for point). The new elevations
are extracted from Z coordinate belonging to point entities.
This command functions only when using 3D way of work that
is defined at TopoCfg – Plan Section – 3D Plan.
