OptPct

       Command line: optpct

           Description: optimize points text

       TopoLT toolbar:

Menu: TopoLT » Points » Optimize points text

This command optimizes points text so they would not overlap both one to each other and to other entities from drawing.

It is recommended to use this command when the drawing is finished.

For optimization, it will count the importance order of a point relative to its code. The importance order of a point’s code can take values between one and nine and it is defined by user in code interpretation file. The importance of a point from another is given by this order in ascending order. By example, a measured point that represents a propriety limit is more important than a point that represents a pillar. So, the points text optimization is made first for points that have 1-rst order and than for points that have 2-nd order and so on. Points with no defined importance order are being considered as having 9-th value.

Points with no free space for texts’ drawing will be passed on the layer with overlapped texts.

Points that will be drawn when applying this command will have the shape (font, text’s height, text’s rotation angle, etc.) accordingly to the last setting from configuration section Points.
