Commands can be given either by using the buttons around the table or using the contextual menu of the table. This menu shows up when you right click the mouse in any coordinate table from the program. You need to click when one of the table cells is selected without entering the cell editing.

Menu commands / Buttons

Load from file

It loads coordinates from a text file into a table.

When adding points to the table it is checked if there are points with the same name that were previously entered.

Caution: The file should contain coordinates that are defined as the coordinates of the table.

Add from file

It adds coordinates from a file to the end of the table.

Adding a new file in the table can be made by using the procedure of drag and drop with the mouse of a file from Windows Explorer.

Save to file

It saves the points from a table into a file.

Delete contents

Clear the table. For this operation confirmation is required.

Export to Microsoft Excel

It exports table data to Microsoft Excel. The command is active only if Microsoft Excel is installed. Settings for export are at Options – Export to Microsoft Office Tab.

Export to Microsoft Word

It exports table data to Microsoft Word. The command is active only if Microsoft Word is installed. Settings for export are at Options – Export to Microsoft Office Tab.

Find ...

It finds the specified text in the table. The text is searched in each table cell.

Find next ...

It keeps searching the specified text.

Renumbering points

It renumbers all the points from the table. Alphabetic characters can be introduced in the initial number text, e.g. A1.

Switch columns ...

By using this command, the table columns 2 and 3 can be inverted. The command is useful in the case of geographic coordinates (φ,λ) or of the coordinates from projections system (N,E) that are taken inverted from file.

The command becomes active only if the table contains plane coordinates (N,E) or geographical coordinates (φ,λ).

For this operation confirmation is required.

Select how to display angles

It sets if geographic coordinates (φ,λ) from table are displayed or not in decimal degrees. This setting is also available in the case of saving the coordinates to file.

AutoFit to contents

It changes the width of the table columns according to the maximum length of the texts.

AutoFit to window

It changes the width of the table columns so that the table fits in the allocated space from the window. Column scaling is made as percentage.

Resize

It changes the number of the table rows.

Cut

It cuts selected rows and copies in Clipboard their content. If you do not select rows the content is deleted instead of being cut.

Copy

It copies the content of the selected cells in Clipboard.

Paste

It inserts the contents of the Clipboard into the table, starting from the current position.

Delete

It deletes the content of the selected cells.

Select all

It selects all the cells from the table.
