Note: The options from this section are available only if you installed Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. The data from coordinate tables is not saved in xls or doc files but sent to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.

Write data

Table Alignment

Sets the alignment of the table on the page.

Left margin

Sets the distance in millimeters between the table and the left edge of the page if the table is aligned to the left.

Scale on width

Sets the width scale of the coordinate table in percent. Using this setting, font type and text height you can enlarge or reduce the coordinate tables.

Write table header

It sets whether to write or not the names of the columns in table header.

Fill table header with gray color

It sets whether to fill or not the table header with gray. The option is useful to highlight the table header.

Draw cell borders

It sets whether to draw or not the borders of all occupied cells of the exported table. Drawing is made with thin black lines.

Use double lines on the outer edges of the table

It sets whether to draw or not with double lines the outer edges of the exported table and table header if this was selected for drawing.

Fixing values at the decimal number of coordinates

It sets whether to fix or not the decimals number as set at Options - Units Tab when writing real numbers and angles in the exported table. When this option is not used, unformatted data is transmitted.

Use thousands separator when writing real values

It sets whether to use or not the thousands separator when writing real values in the exported table.

Font for writing text in Word

Sets the font, size and style (normal, bold, italic or bold italic) for export to Microsoft Word or for saving the files with the rtf extension.

Font for writing footer notes in Word

Sets the font, size and style (normal, bold, italic or bold italic) for for writing footer notes in Microsoft Word.

Page setup for printing

The page is setup for printing when exporting data to Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word according to the page setup for size, layout and printing margins made at Options - General Tab - Page setup. These options are also available when exporting parameters calculation reports to Microsoft Word.

Write footer with coordinates name

It sets whether to write or not a footnote with coordinates name on the printed page.

Write pagination

It sets whether to write or not the footer of the printed page the page number and the total number of pages.
