Conventions

It is recommended when calling program to set general mode to work in, these settings will be available for all new drawings. For these settings use command TopoCfg.

In order to achieve an appropriate functioning of program, corresponding to your work style and conventional signs, it is recommended to change codes interpretation file, set path where punctiform symbols of type block.dwg are (blocks that needs to be dimensioned in mm or in inch), select shape file with punctiform symbols of type shape (if you use shapes) and select file that contains line types (LINETYPE) accordingly to conventional signs you use. These settings can be done using command TopoCfg section Files.

It is also important to choose from the start measurement system: metric or english. Description of how to work with measurement units is at section Units.
