It shows the configuration window of the program.

The configuration parameters are saved inside the dwg file.

The parameter configuration for certain type of jobs (roads, electrical aerial lines, sewers, waters) or of the implicit work mode can be accessed from a file or saved in a file using the buttons [Load from…], respectively [Save in…].

If a default work model is saved then for all new jobs the configuration from this model will be loaded. When the program is installed the default model isn’t defined.
